The hotel is excellent, and the Library Bar is always a good time. I am putting it at a 4/5 because parking is a bit outrageous. But, the valets are great - Sergio helped me get my spare tire on when I discovered a flat. Everyone who works here wants to make your stay as great as possible.
I came here with friends to enjoy live music at the bar in Warwick, and we had a great experience. Jason was our bartender and provided outstanding service—very helpful and attentive. His customer service alone is a reason we’ll be back. The ambiance of the hotel and bar is classy, clean, and welcoming—a great spot for an upscale night out.
I want to take a moment to highlight the amazing support I've received from Briana. She has been incredibly helpful during a time when I misplaced my glasses at the library bar while hosting a book club event. Due to my travels and the snowstorm in Dallas, I haven't been able to return to retrieve them. Briana was not only extremely communicative but also went above and beyond by locating my glasses and mailing them directly to me. Thank you, Briana! Your exemplary service proves that service and hospitality is very much alive and well
The library bar is super fun, we are the youngest person in there by a lot to be honest, but the older folks were having a great time haha. The singers there are really talented. The hotel is older in a good way, well done, rooms are big and the bed was great. Bathrooms are beautiful and they have kept the charm of the building thankfully. The location is good, just a couple of miles one way or another to some great food.
4.5 We LOVED our stay at the Warwick Melrose. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond in helping us feel celebrated. We stayed in a corner king and loved the view and the layout of the room! It felt more private and cozy. Only reason I would not give 5 stars is it doesn't have very good ventilation, and no fan in bathroom so it stays steamy for awhile after a shower. We didn't get to try the restaurant but would love to when we come back. The vibes were awesome at night and very relaxed in the morning.
We got married at the Warwick Melrose Dallas on New Year’s Eve 2015 and recently came back to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. It was a busy, extra hectic time, but the staff still found a way to take great care of us and make the stay really special! Truly appreciate how they went out of their way to help us celebrate this milestone!
Amazing service and staff is enjoyable to talk to. Even with the snow storm they had great service! Rooms are cozy and nice and food is delicious. Celebrated my mom’s birthday here and she had a blast.
Celebrated my Mom's cousin's 100th birthday here in the Bridal Suite. The room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the area. The service was fabulous, which matched the taste and arrangement of the finger food opinions. Free valet parking was offered and the staff, yet again, was without fault. This experience was worth driving 2 plus hours, even with the State Fair traffic! Kudos
